2024 Seoul Pet Show - Bringing the Pet Industry Together

The 2024 Seoul Pet Show was held from September 27 to 29 at SETEC. During the event, it provided an opportunity to explore and experience various pet products and services. Our product, Licote, was introduced in collaboration with GBSA (Gyeonggi-do Business & Science Accelerator), allowing us to promote pet-related products and offer free samples of urine test strips at our booth.

Recently, the number of households with pets has been increasing, and the pet industry is growing rapidly. This has led to a greater interest in pets than ever before, particularly in prescription food, supplements, and health management products for elderly pets, which have been gaining popularity.

Distribution of Urine Test Strip Samples

At our Licote booth, we conducted an event where we distributed free samples of pet urine test strips. These test strips, which allow pet owners to check the health status of their pets through urine analysis, received a lot of positive feedback from visitors. Many people who were previously unfamiliar with urine tests showed interest and took samples. During the event, we distributed a total of 486 pet urine test strip samples and 480 human test strip samples.

We also explained that with the upcoming release of the Licote device for animals in October, testing would become even more convenient. This drew interest from those who were initially unfamiliar with urine tests, and it provided a valuable opportunity to increase awareness of our product.

On-site Sales and Easy Payment

In addition to distributing free samples, we also conducted on-site sales at the event. By connecting the products to a QR code for our Naver Smart Store, we enabled visitors to make easy payments via Naver Pay. We are also preparing various benefits, such as issuing coupons for purchase reviews, to provide additional advantages to our customers.

SNS Utilization and Future Event Plans

For this pet show, we launched the Licote Instagram account, where we plan to activate various upcoming events and offer more benefits to our visitors. The Seoul Pet Show was a meaningful opportunity for us to communicate with many pet owners and highlight the benefits of our products.
